Dalbeattie Woods

Find all the information you need about walks and activities in Dalbeattie Woods and nearby venues on Scotland's Forestry and Land website. Parking requires the Ringo app for its £1 fee. Dragonfly Hotspot Walk

WWT Caerlaverock, Caerlaverock, Dumfries and Galloway

Take an expert-guided walk to explore the secret lives of dragonflies and discover more about these ancient wonders of wetlands. The British Dragonfly Society reps will be on hand to help as you use nets and ID guides to catch and identify dragonflies. Species to look for will include common darter, four-spotted chaser, emperor dragonfly etc.
